All ticket sales are final
When you buy a raffle ticket, you're making a contribution to Annual Fundraising Gala, and the prize is our thank-you on top. Your ticket gets its full, fair chance in the drawing.
Because of that, ticket purchases are final. We don't offer refunds for not winning or for a change of mind after purchase.
When we will issue a refund
If we cancel the raffle
If we can't hold the drawing, we'll refund every ticket sold.

Can I get a refund if I don't win?
No. Your ticket supported Annual Fundraising Gala and had its full, fair chance in the drawing, so not winning isn't a reason for a refund.
What happens if the raffle is cancelled?
We'll refund every ticket sold, including the service charge you paid at checkout.
Is the service charge refunded?
Yes. Any refund we issue covers the ticket price and the service charge.
